Online Courses

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be granted if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

Refunds are not applicable once substantial course content is consumed or downloaded.
Offline Courses

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

No refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the offline course commencement.
