At lms.town2career, we aim to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Online Courses

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will only be granted if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

  • Refunds are not applicable once substantial course content is consumed or downloaded.

Offline Courses

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

  • No refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the offline course commencement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
